"Shell from Ireland"
Ink on paper 3 x 3″ NFS
This little sketch I did from a shell I found on the West coast of Ireland, near the cliffs of Moher. I used a non-permanent ink pen to draw it then placed a jar lid over it and used a toothbrush with ink and spattered all around it. After lifting the lid off I used a bit of water with a watercolor brush to make the ink run to make shadows.
