This original oil painting is framed in a gold elegant scrollwork frame with a linen liner. Very beautiful match for this elegant lady. There is also an expressive love poem written just for this painting by Dutch poet Jan Peter Scheffer about Daphne and Apollo. As with many of my paintings, I’ve hidden something in the painting!
