“Golden Plover” Watercolor and Ink

In this watercolor and ink painting, I had fun playing with using my Chinese brush to make the marks of his feathers. Then I used a dip pen and ink to make the expressive markings around him to show some movement. I also used a toothbrush to spatter the ink!
