“Seven Colored Tanager” Oil on Paper Monoprint      SOLD
I created this little beauty so many years ago, I was in my second year of college I think. I took a print making class and had so much fun doing monoprints with oil paint on a metal plate. You can wipe away parts and add parts, you can also repaint some areas and this was great because the already printed background would be softer.

I sold it shortly after graduating from University, to someone in Arizona if I remember right. This was before the internet, the person saw my work hanging in a student show I think. Can you believe something could be from before the internet, or digital cameras? Some of my oldest works I only have small image files of because of that!
