“Stormy Day at Edlingham Castle” / Graphite and Charcoal 4.5″ x 5.5″

 I did this drawing while standing under an ancient tree next to the castle. The Jackdaws were flying in and around the top of the castle, where they nest. It was very windy and the sky grew darker and darker, finally it started to rain while I was working!
